G. Daniel Green & Associates, Inc. provides Northwest Florida and Coastal Alabama with the highest quality of property appraisals the business has to offer. Our company specializes in commercial and residential appraisals, sales, and consulting. G. Daniel Green & Associates is preceded by the extensive education and experience of the owner, Dan Green.

Dan Green received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1979 at The University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, majoring in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies. Mr. Green’s experience as an appraiser began in 1978 with G. Pratt Martin and Associates, Inc. in Pensacola, Florida. Wanting to establish his own set of standards in the appraisal business, Dan Green established G. Daniel Green & Associates in 1988. In 1993, Mr. Green received the Appraisal Institute’s prestigious MAI (Member, Appraisal Institute) designation as well as the SRA (Senior Residential Appraisal) designation. MAI and SRA designations are indicators of the high level of experience of an appraiser and their level of commitment to continuing education. Designees are required to adhere to the Appraisal Institute’s Code of Professional Ethics and may at anytime undergo a peer review process to ensure these ethics are being upheld. Mr. Green is also FHA (Federal Housing Administration) approved.

In addition to Mr. Green’s knowledge and experience in the appraisal business, G. Daniel Green & Associates, Inc. employs a staff of state certified, commercial and residential property appraisers to assist Mr. Green in high quality real estate valuation.
